Will began his career in financial markets in 1991 at Macquarie Trust Management before moving into broking early 1993. In 1994 he relocated overseas to work in Hong Kong then onto Tokyo, London and New York, working on and managing many rates products desks. Returning to Hong Kong in 2007 to concentrate on ASEAN regional and then AUD rates before finally heading back to Sydney in 2013. During this time in Hong Kong and Sydney Will developed and launched one of the first to market IRS and IRO trading platforms and he is leveraging on this knowledge for his new venture PO Capital Markets. Coupled with Will's extensive experience across multiple currencies and asset classes, especially volatility linked markets, gives him an unparalleled advantage over competitors domestically and abroad in AUD and NZD rates.

Max started his career in 1985 on the Chicago Board of Options Exchange working as a Market Maker Clerk. This experience in Chicago was the foundation for his career internationally in derivatives. Max then moved to Sydney, then Johannesburg returning to Sydney to concentrate on Interest Rate Derivatives. In the past few years Max was Head of Global Markets for CBA in New York as well as Country Head for the Bank. His experience across multiple asset classes focusing on non linear markets as well as senior management exposure gives him unique insights into the AUD and international markets.
DAVID SIMPSON
DIRECTOR - TECHNOLOGY
Dave started his career as a technologist within finance at Citibank in London. He led a team developing market data distribution systems as well as building a regional risk management system. From there he moved back to Sydney to head up Money Markets technology for Bankers Trust Australia. After successfully delivering the new straight thru processing system for business he was promoted to Head of Investment Bank Technology, then Head of Infrastructure and finally Chief Information Officer at BT Financial Group. He then joined Goldman Sachs as Head of Infrastructure Technology for Asia Pacific based in Tokyo Japan. He was again promoted to Managing Director and asked to build and lead a new team of 1,000 technology infrastructure professionals for Goldman in Bangalore India. His most recent role was Global Head of Infrastructure for Westpac Bank in Sydney leading a global team of over 3,000 technology professionals. He brings over 25 years experience in the industry with him.

Michael Go holds non-executive roles having previously served as CEO of the Sydney Stock Exchange. Prior to that holding executive roles with firms such as ABN AMRO Bank, Thomson Reuters, and National Australia Bank. His experience spans multiple sectors including financial services, ESG, private & capital markets, property funds, tech, payments, agriculture, marketing & branding, renewable energy and natural resources. Key success's includes growth in revenue & sales, acquiring regulatory licenses, digital transformation, capital raising, compliance oversight and building cross border payment businesses.

Georgie began working in PR in 1997 at MP Agency, handling media strategies and events for major Australian and International brands. She then joined Will on an overseas adventure that saw her write a column for Tatler magazine in Hong Kong. In 2005 she moved to a role of Director Corporate Communications for Estee Lauder in New York working on international corporate communications programs for Lauder's global teams. Georgie now joins Will on a new venture in the world of capital markets and data sales.

Bruce began his career in financial markets in Melbourne in the late 80's as a money market trader. In 1993 he moved to Sydney and worked on the Sydney Futures exchange for some of the most respected futures houses. In 1998 Bruce moved to the OTC derivative space as an Interest Rate Swap broker. In his 30+ years in the financial markets he has been involved in, and managed businesses in various product streams, listed and OTC Interest Rate and Equity Derivatives spaces. Bruce joined PO Capital Markets in 2022 as Director of Interest Rate and Equity Derivatives.
MICHELLE NGUYEN

Michelle’s a passionate programmer, she enjoys all things coding and hopes to eventually push the boundaries of the current scope. She initially worked as a backend freelancer serving individuals, researchers and corporates to assist them in creations of automated solutions for restructured platform, DevOps, overall workflow improvements, API Web Application, data analysis. Inherited work production from POCapital Markets colleagues, she will bring her experiences and a solid background in finance as a master graduate of professional accounting from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Banking and Finance. She spent most of her 20’s working, traveling, studying in different Countries. She believes technology is limitless and can help elevate human work life balance.

Richard joins PO Capital Markets after 30+ years serving his clients in the Interdealer Broker market, primarly focusing on short term interest rate products, coupled with his extensive product knowledge of medium term IRS and Basis swaps.
Richard will be not only an asset in the day to day running of the hybrid broking model adpated by PO Capital Markets locally and globally, his proven leadership skills will benefit PO Capital Markets develop an inclusive and innovative culture.
Technology deployment and client intergration will be part of Richards mandate which he will no doubt bring to the company a wealth of knowledge gained from his years of local and global client interaction.
